Acceptance and provider
These terms apply to use of stackcraftlane.digital and to consultation services supplied by Stackcraftlane, Level 6, 25 Königstraße, Stuttgart 70173. Booking a session after receiving written confirmation means you accept the version supplied with that confirmation.
Nature of the service
Stackcraftlane provides independent career guidance, application feedback, and preparation for employment-related conversations. We do not provide legal, tax, immigration, medical, or psychological advice; act for the Agentur für Arbeit or a Jobcenter; recruit on behalf of employers; or guarantee employment, funding, benefit decisions, or interview invitations.
Appointments and client responsibilities
You must provide reasonably accurate information, attend at the agreed time, and use advice at your own judgement. Do not send original or unnecessary sensitive documents. Fees, scope, location, and preparation are confirmed in writing before each appointment.
Intellectual property
The site’s text, visual design, consultation worksheets, and original materials belong to Stackcraftlane or its licensors. You may use materials supplied to you for your personal job search, but may not resell, publish, or deliver them as your own service.
Availability and liability
We take reasonable care in supplying current, relevant guidance. Labour-market conditions, employer decisions, and public-authority practices change. To the extent permitted by German law, liability for ordinary negligence is limited to foreseeable loss arising from breach of an essential contractual duty. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body, or health.
Ending a consultation
Either party may decline future work. We may end a session for abusive conduct or a request outside lawful professional boundaries. Fees for cancellation, rescheduling, and completed work follow the refund policy.
Governing law
German law governs these terms. Mandatory consumer protections and statutory jurisdiction rules remain unaffected. Before formal proceedings, please contact info@stackcraftlane.digital so we can try to resolve the matter.
