Before the appointment
You may cancel or reschedule without charge by emailing info@stackcraftlane.digital at least 24 hours before the agreed start. If you have already paid, the full amount is returned using the original payment method or transferred to the new date, as you choose.
Late cancellation and no-shows
Cancellation within 24 hours may be charged at 50% because the reserved time is difficult to reassign. A missed appointment without notice may be charged in full. Sudden illness, emergency, or serious travel disruption will be considered reasonably; contact us as soon as practical.
Work already begun
When you ask us to begin document review or bespoke preparation before a session and then cancel, a proportionate amount may be retained for work completed. Standard preparation sheets have no separate charge. There are no purchased physical materials or deposits unless expressly agreed for unusual commissioned work.
Service concerns
If a session is materially not delivered as confirmed, notify us within 14 days and explain the issue. Depending on the circumstances, we may repeat the affected work, offer a proportionate reduction, or provide a full refund. A change of mind after a completed consultation, disagreement with honest advice, or failure to obtain a job, interview, benefit, or funding decision does not by itself establish refund eligibility.
Provider cancellation
If Stackcraftlane cancels and no acceptable replacement date is agreed, any amount paid for the cancelled service is refunded in full.
Processing
Approved refunds are initiated within ten working days to the original payment method. Bank processing may take additional time. Statutory consumer cancellation rights, where applicable, are not restricted by this policy.
