Data we receive
We process contact details and the information you choose to include in an enquiry, appointment correspondence, or consultation. Please do not submit identity documents, full benefit records, bank details, health information, or other special-category data through the website form.
Why and on what basis
Enquiries are processed to take steps at your request before a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Appointment administration and service delivery rely on contract performance. Legal retention duties rely on Article 6(1)(c). Limited security logs and the defence of legal claims rely on legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).
Retention
Unconverted enquiries are normally deleted after six months. Consultation correspondence and invoices are retained only as long as needed for the service, legal claims, and German tax or commercial retention duties. Mock form submissions on this demonstration site are not delivered to a database.
Recipients and transfers
Necessary providers may process email, hosting, or appointment data under contract. We aim to use providers in Germany or the European Economic Area. If a provider transfers data elsewhere, we require an applicable adequacy decision or safeguards such as EU standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
Subject to legal conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it prospectively. You may complain to the Baden-Württemberg data protection authority or another competent supervisory authority.
