About Stackcraftlane

Advice that respects both the person and the paperwork

Meet Stackcraftlane, an independent Stuttgart employment consultation practice helping adults restart careers after unemployment registration.

Why Stackcraftlane began

Career advice often arrives at the wrong scale. Official appointments must address rules and caseloads; friends offer encouragement without labour-market context; application advice jumps straight to formatting. Stackcraftlane was founded in Stuttgart to create space between those things: a place to make a credible work decision and carry it through.

Mara Vogt, employment adviser

Mara works with adults whose working lives have been interrupted by redundancy, fixed-term contracts, caring responsibilities, relocation, or a role that is no longer sustainable. Her background spans recruitment coordination, adult career guidance, and application coaching in Baden-Württemberg.

She works in English with clients navigating German employment structures. When a question requires a lawyer, tax adviser, immigration specialist, doctor, or recognised counselling service, she says so and helps define the right question to take onward.

How the work feels

We use plain language, visible notes, and realistic amounts of homework. Advice is tested against current vacancies, your actual constraints, and the decisions in front of you. There is no pressure to buy a package during a difficult moment.

Our values are accuracy over reassurance, agency over dependency, and progress that fits ordinary life. A good consultation leaves you less reliant on the adviser—not more.
